Wizard Temporal Flux Constantly Slows your Targets with Each Hit!

Wizard Temporal FluxWizard Temporal Flux skill level requirement has not been changed during the beta and final version of the game. Only characters of level 45 and above can use this passive skill.

When used, Temporal Flux causes enemies to be slowed down by 30% for 2 seconds if they are hit with Arcane damage.

Temporal Flux may be used in PVE and leveling builds. It is a great skill to improve the Wizard’s survival skills.

Skills like Disintegrate can be used successfully when associated with this skill.

It offers a constant slow effect. Arcane hits have crowd control ability by default. Critical hits can silence the targets, preventing them from casting spells. Combined with Temporal Flux, Arcane spells become an effective means to deal with melee and ranged opponents.

Wizard-Temporal Flux

In PVP, the skill offers a great survival bonus. It helps the character stay away from melee range, avoiding incoming attacks from Barbarians and Monks. The players versus player matches are dependent on such skills.

Such crowd control abilities can decide the outcome of a match. A slow target that is unable to deal damage is a powerless opponent. Combined with the silence effect of Arcane critical hits, Temporal Flux will help the Diablo 3 Wizard control both melee and ranged opponents. Without a doubt, this particular skill will be present in standard PVP builds.
