Blizzard Customer Support On Facebook
Blizzard just announced that they have created the Facebook page for their Customer Support that will be posting regular news relevant to the player community. The page will cover critical topics for all the Blizzard games including Diablo 3.
The page was created on July 1st but it was officially announced on July 20th. All Diablo 3 players will be able to find the latest patch notes, hot fixes, server maintenance schedules, outages and everything in between. The page seems to create a more human relationship between the game developer and its community. According to the announcement in the Blizzard blue post, players will get a better understanding of the people behind their customer service.
So far, the account already has a few posts and it seems that they attempt to provide news as soon as they are available. There is not that much to read so far but it seems that the Facebook page will become a reliable feed for the Blizzard blue posts.
