Builds – Barbarian Solo/Co-op Normal or Nightmare Leveling – Barbarian Battering Ram
Level Required - 33
Build thanks to T2DarIantan.
Looking at various fun leveling builds, almost anything goes. Only the endgame content requires additional attention for survivability. Other than that, builds should be fun, engaging and it should reflect the gamer’s play style.
Lets have a look at a build called “Barbarian Battering Ram” was made for the paladin nostalgic players. It has some skills that simulate some of the abilities of the D2 class. It offers and enhanced mobility on the battlefield and plenty of Fury regeneration.
From the leveling perspective it works great as it seems to offer a fast paced combat.
Let’s look at the skills that make this build so fun:
Left Mouse Button – Cleave with the Reaping Swing rune
Right Mouse Button – Furious Charge with the Merciless Assault rune
Action Key 1 - Leap with the Toppling Impact rune
Action Key 2 – Whirlwind with the Hurricane rune
Action Key 3 – Ancient Spear with the Dread Spear rune
Action Key 4 – Ground Stomp with the Wrenching Smash rune
Passive Skill 1: Bloodthirst
Passive Skill 2: Weapons Master
Passive Skill 3: Berserker Rage
In this build, Furious Charge will reset its cooldown almost all the time it is used.
It only needs to hit 5 mobs to get to 0 seconds. Leap is the build’s survival skill.
The Barbarian can jump away and knock away the enemies to make way to run to safety. Ground stomp does the exact opposite. It groups the enemies to one spot and stuns them.
There is a lot of Fury regen with this build.
Most likely, it will be at full all the time. This calls for the Berserker Rage skill for an additional damage boost to Cleave. Weapons Master is also great for a small damage boost while Bloodthirst and Ancient Spear provide some decent health regen.
It might not be enough so it should paired with a weapon with life leech or a similar belt.
