The Mechanics Of The Build

Since Nightmare Azmodan farming for goal is the objective, survivability is not a concern.

AoE damage is one of the key factors that determine the efficiency of this method. Multishot will be the main damage dealer since the zones are narrow and the monsters are packed into considerable groups. Unfortunately, Multishot costs 40 Hatred.

This can be a problem. Although, Vengeance handles Hatred regen very well.

Monsters should die with one or two shots leaving a path filled with health globes. All of them should be picked up to keep Hatred at maximum all the time. Also the 25 Hatred increase is great to make Multishot usable more than 2-3 times consecutively. It should also benefit from Steady Aim constantly since monsters will die very fast.

They will not get the chance to reach the 10 yard radius.

Companion in this build is selected for its Hatred regen as well. Ferret will not be as beneficial since the zones has narrow linear paths and with enough gold pickup radius, everything gets collected just by walking without looking for the drops.

Smoke Screen is used in the build only for the movement boost but Vault is also an option. This is a farming method and speed is essential. Preparation is used to have Smoke Screen available more often. Some boots with increased movement speed are a plus but not mandatory.

In average, a run can generate around 65k to 80k with a 200% increased gold find chance. This value can be increased with some more expensive gear but with a few hundred thousand gold, full farming gear can be bought off the Auction House.

Nothing fancy is required except for high percentages of gold find and increased pickup radius. A full run should take around 15 minutes if done correctly. During the run, only rare items should be picked up.

They can be vendored once the run is over for some extra gold or sold on the AH if they have decent stats.

Stopping to pick up blues will just waste time as they are dirt cheap to sell to a vendor.
