Demon Hunter Cluster Arrow Fires a Grenade Arrow at your Enemies!
Demon Hunter Cluster Arrow is a powerful skill that causes both immediate and prolonged damage.
This is one of the few skills that is equally effective against both single enemies and mobs, so you should consider unlocking Cluster Arrow if you are a Hatred Spender character.
However, the one big downside to this skill is the huge hatred cost, so be sure you manage yourself carefully when using this skill. You can only fire so much before you can’t use any other skills.
Level
Cluster Arrow can be unlocked at level 27 and it is considered a Hatred Spender archery skill.
Hatred and Cooldown
There is no cooldown with Cluster Arrow, but it has a huge hatred cost.
You need to use 50 hatred to use Cluster Arrow, so make sure you only use this attack when you have enough hatred to spend.

Effect
Cluster Arrow is a two-step skill. First, you shoot an arrow at the ground that causes an explosion. This explosion causes 200% weapon damage to any enemies in the blast radius. Then, grenades shoot out of the explosion. Each one causes an extra 100% weapon damage.
While this skill is somewhat better against mobs, you can easily use this skill to destroy stronger enemies. This is especially true if you can manage to get the grenades to hit the single enemy, which causes about 500% to 600% total weapon damage.
Runestones
Loaded for Bear: the initial impact causes 290% weapon damage instead of 200%.
Shooting Stars: the grenades are replaced with three rockets, each causing 175% weapon damage.
Cluster Bombs: instead of the initial impact, you will shoot a large cluster that causes a line of explosions, each for 229% weapon damage.
Maelstrom: shadow energy will replace the bombs, causing 145% weapon damage. This also returns 4% of the damage as life.
Dazzling Arrow: grenades have a 55% chance of stunning enemies for 2 seconds.
