Monk Mantra of Evasion gives a Chance to Dodge Enemy Attacks for you and your Party.

Mantra of Evasion, a Monk Mantra Skill learned at level 19.

It allows the Monk to recite a Mantra that give him and his allies within an area of 40 yards a 15% chance to dodge enemy attacks within a duration of 3 minutes.

Within the first 3 seconds of activating the skill, it gives an additional 15% bonus to dodge, making it a really good skill in tight situations. It costs 50 Spirit to cast.

Mantra skills don’t stack with each other, so only one Mantra may be active in any given time. Choose wisely.

Mantra of Evasion gets a benefit from it synergy to the Monk Passive skill Chant of Resonance, extending the Mantra’s duration by 7 minutes, making it 10 minutes, and while a Mantra is active, the Monk gains 2 Spirit every second.

Also, Mantra of Evasion gets benefits from Runestone effects, giving out additional benefits to the Monk and his party members.

Hard Target also gives 20% Armor to the Diablo 3 Monk and his allies while affected by Mantra of Evasion, giving more reasons for survival, pumping allies up so that even when attacks come through, the damage received will be minimal.

Divine Protection blocks out an attack every 90 seconds, reducing enemy damage by 80% over three seconds, saving them from sudden death and giving them chance to live the various heal skills the Monk possesses.

Wind Through the Reeds increases the movement speed of the Monk and his Allies by 5%, increasing the probability of escape and avoiding damage.

Perseverance reduces the duration of certain negative effects like Freeze or Slow by 20%, making it a really good skill in Battle Arena.

Backlash will give the Mantra of Evasion an additional bite, since every successful dodge has a chance of summoning a flame burst that deals 35% weapon damage converted as Fire to all nearby enemies.
