New Diablo 3 Exploit – God Mode
Again we have an exploit discovered by players that can seriously damage the game’s stability. A YouTube video shows how a Wizard becomes immune to incoming damage. The player who discovered the exploit also posted his findings on the battle.net forums hoping for a quick fix. In his video, the player demonstrates how it can be done by using two Wizard skills out of which, one is Archon. Once the Archon, damage immunity remains active for the rest of the game session.
The problem goes even deeper. It seems that the exploit is also working on Hardcore mode. Since this is a newly disclosed exploit, it is safe to assume that other players might have known about it but kept it for themselves since it will surely be hotfixed as soon as it reaches the battle.net forums. This exploit is much more devastating for the game’s integrity than the recent unidentified items glitch. Blizzard will need to act fast and correct this problem as soon as possible to avoid any kind of exploitation of the game, especially by hardcore players.
