A few importent points:

Experience gems are cheaper in the auction house (better value for 2mil ruby then the best 20 mil ruby?)
AOE damage to increase experience boost and continually killing mobs
A plus to AOE skills
Doing less work by playing with other players (4friends) – 19% less
Travel together with your group. Don’t split up (carefully monitor item drops just in case)
His thoughts on experience gear? is designed for players lower then 60, keep better gear and just kill faster (he has not tested this theory though)
Which act to paragon level in for best possible exp? Act1 and Act 3 (biggest and highly concentrated areas of trash mobs)
