Witch Doctor Bad Medicine Reduces Enemy Damage by your Poison!
Witch Doctor Bad Medicine is a passive skill that unlocks at level 20.
There are two major themes that define the Witch Doctor. Poison, and the undead. For the poison oriented Witch Doctor, Bad Medicine can become an important part of their build.
Bad Medicine reduces the enemy’s damage by 20% for 3 seconds every time the Witch Doctor deals poison damage to them, making them that much harder to kill.

Complementary Skills:
Summon Zombie Dogs – The Rabid Dogs rune causes the dogs to be able to deal 9% of the witch doctor’s weapon damage as Poison damage over three seconds.
If survivability is an issue this scheme can work for a Diablo 3 Witch Doctor with a hybrid summoner and poison damage build, as well as for those centered on the Sacrifice skill.
Since a Sacrifice Witch Doctor has to be constantly surrounded by zombie dogs anyway, they might want to use this preferably in conjunction with other survivability skills such as Jungle Fortitude.
Plague of Toads – Deals 130% of the Witch Doctor’s weapon damage to any enemy the toads touch. The toads strike out at random and are difficult to control, but the Rain of Toads rune concentrates the toads into one area where they deal 130% of weapon damage over two seconds.
Locust Swarm - Deals 360% of the weapon damage over eight seconds as Poison damage. The locusts will also jump to other nearby enemies. This is one of the deadlier skills.
Acid Cloud - Deals 100% of weapon damage to enemies within an area as Poison damage, then deals 75% of the witch doctor’s weapon damage as Poison damage over three seconds.
